Our engineers have identified a technical issue impacting users' ability to log in and are working to deploy a fix.
Workaround: Users experiencing login issues can try ONE of the following options to resolve the problem:
1. Restart Your Browser Application: - Completely quit your browser. - Relaunch the browser and attempt to log in again.
2. Clear Cookies for Hiring Events Websites: - Open your browser's settings or preferences. - Navigate to the privacy or security section (or open the Developer Tool). - Locate and clear cookies specifically for the Hiring Events websites. - Refresh the page and try logging in again.
3. Use an Incognito or Private Browsing Window: - Open a new incognito window (Chrome) or private browsing window (Firefox, Safari, Edge). - Navigate to the Hiring Events platform. - Attempt to log in through the incognito/private window.
