Platform Temporarily Unreachable 11/15/23

Incident Report for Brazen

Resolved

On 11/15/23 our engineers were made aware that the platform was unreachable between 3:27pm ET and 3:31pm ET. This would have prevented users from accessing Brazen Control Center and Event Landing Pages.

When originally responding to the issue, a short-term fix was quickly applied and the issue was resolved within minutes. Since then, the root cause of the issue has been fully investigated and long term corrective actions have been taken to ensure that this issue does not happen again.
